Premium Malware Removal: This is for websites that have already been infected with malware. The cost is $99.99 per website. We do offer discounts for multiple infected websites. We will remove the malware from your website then harden so you are protected from future attacks. This is a one-time fee and you will only be billed once.
Monthly Malware Protection: This is for websites that are clean that would like to be hardened and protected from getting hacked. This is more like an insurance policy because if you sign up for this plan and you are hacked then we will fix for free. This is a monthly charge of $12.99. The main idea behind this plan is that the reason many people get hacked is because they fail to keep their websites updated. So we keep your themes, plugins, and WordPress version updated plus we harden the site as well. So you will not have to worry about getting hacked.

We offer discounts for our clients if they have multiple websites infected. We also offer discounts to clients that purchase frequently such as hosting companies and web designers that manage many clients and have to deal with many hacked websites. Most orders are completed in 24-48 hours. Rarely will an order take longer than 72 hours. Many times we can have orders completed within 24 hours as well. It has a lot to do with how bad the infection is and what it takes for us to get it clean.
A huge percentage of hacked websites are running the WordPress platform. They get hacked because they are not kept up to date. Usually, there is a vulnerable plugin, theme, or WordPress version. That is how 99.99% of WordPress sites get hacked. That’s why it is so important to keep your websites updated after they have been cleaned.
If you have multiple websites on shared hosting it is possible that most of them are infected with malware. It all depends on how fast you caught the problem. I have seen some people with 100 sites on shared hosting and every single one of them is hacked. This is because they spread from one to another until they are all infected. I have also seen instances when only one or two sites are infected on very large shared hosting accounts.
If you don’t know how many sites are infected on your server. We suggest you purchase for only one site. Then we will fix the one site and scan your entire server for hacked sites. We will let you know which ones are infected. Then you only need to pay for the infected sites and you will have a clean server that is hardened and ready to get back to work.
After you make your PayPal payment. You will be redirected back to our site to a secure form. You will be asked for your basic contact and website information. Name, Email, Website, WordPress login, and FTP or Cpanel or Hosting logins. (We need 1 of those 3 to access the files and remove the malware).
Then once we have received your information I will send you a confirmation email so you know that I have received your information. Then we will get to work.
